Annual general meeting
Each year, nib holds an annual meeting of shareholders where the company’s financial situation is presented by our Directors and items of business are discussed and voted on as required by shareholders.
All nib shareholders are sent an official invitation to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) prior to the event. The general public are also welcome to attend, however, may not vote. Our AGM is also webcast to allow all shareholders to view the meeting.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic continually evolving, our 2021 AGM will be held as a virtual meeting via an online platform on Thursday, 4 November 2021, commencing at 11:00am (AEDT).
Item 6 of our Notice of Meeting seeks approval for a number of amendments nib’s Constitution including the ability to hold virtual meetings. While its nib’s intention to hold in-person or hybrid (combination of in-person and virtual) meetings, this proposed change supports the need for flexibility regarding the holding of meetings given the evolving situation in related to the COVID-19 pandemic. We look forward to hosting in-person or hybrid meetings in the future when possible.
